Returns and Cancellation Policy

At Gas And Controls we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. However occasionally we know you may want to return items, so below is our returns policy.

Delivery Information

We carry in stock the majority of the test equipment listed. Delivery is normally 2-4 working days from the time the order is placed. If we have a delay on a certain product any longer than this period we will contact you to let you know.

Our Returns Policy

We accept the return of all orders as long as

  • The goods are in their undamaged original packaging as the order was received
  • All accessories are present
  • The equipment is in its original condition as sold

Defective Items

All of our items are quality checked before going out of the door however should you receive a defective item we’ll gladly sort it out for you. Just see “To return an item” below for details.

To Return An Item

Firstly contact us about your return on Tel:+44 (0)2893 350425. We will issue you with an RMA number and supply further instructions. Please write the RMA number clearly on the packaging.

Goods must be returned to us via a recorded-delivery service. This is really important as any goods that have been lost or damaged in transit will be your responsibility.

Order Discrepancies

If there’s a problem with your order please advise us on 01704 330 315 within 7 days receipt of the goods.

 This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (if applicable)

Returns Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 156 Woodburn Road, Carrickfergus, Co. Antrim, BT38 9AB, United Kingdom.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
