Free Shipping on all orders over £199 – items shipped via Royal Mail Standard Delivery.

For all orders, the following options are also available:

Northern Ireland – £5.99 – Express Tracked

UK – £8.99 – Express Tracked

Ireland – £8.99 – Express Tracked

Delivery Information

We carry in stock the majority of the test equipment listed. Delivery is normally 2-4 working days from the time the order is placed. If we have a delay on a certain product any longer than this period we will contact you to let you know.

Returns Policy

We accept the return of all orders as long as

The goods are in their undamaged original packaging as the order was received
All accessories are present
The equipment is in its original condition as sold

To Return An Item

Firstly contact us about your return on Tel:+44 (0)2893 350425. We will issue you with an RMA number and supply further instructions. Please write the RMA number clearly on the packaging.

Goods must be returned to us via a recorded-delivery service. This is really important as any goods that have been lost or damaged in transit will be your responsibility.
